I can't even tell you how easy to make, and how amazing this is. If you're wondering where you can find yuca, you can often find them in the freezer section next to the potato-type stuff, or in the "ethnic" space in the freezer section. And bacon -- you can find that anywhere haha. Here's a little bit food fusion! ;)
What You'll Need:
Salt to taste (optional)
How To Make It:
1) Cut yuca in half, then into strips. Boil yuca for 15 minutes.
2) Once yuca cools, wrap bacon around yuca.
3) Place bacon wrapped yuca on a baking sheet and and bake for about 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Sprinkle with salt, serve.
