There has been a debate as to which lift is the true test to total body strength. When I was active in powerlifting, a lot of my team members (and one of the coaches) agreed that one of these lifts was the superior lift. Don't get me wrong -- these two lifts are super freakin' important. Both of these lifts target different areas of the body, in different ways.
I am leaning towards deadlifts, but I am just not absolutely sure...

Which lift do you think defines the true test of overall body strength?

And bending down after squats/deadlifts -- THE WORSE ugh ugh
@DroPuenteAG93 HAHAHA so true. I know how you feel! It also sucks to go up the stairs after leg day...
