Which Is The True Test of Strength?
There has been a debate as to which lift is the true test to total body strength. When I was active in powerlifting, a lot of my team members (and one of the coaches) agreed that one of these lifts was the superior lift. Don't get me wrong -- these two lifts are super freakin' important. Both of these lifts target different areas of the body, in different ways.
I am leaning towards deadlifts, but I am just not absolutely sure...
