@tseringwang12 cool!! So according to this bmi chart I found online, your ideal weight should be between 100 and 130 lbs :) so you're actually already there!! But if you want to lose more weight (as long as you keep it healthy - remember, starving yourself is a DEFINITE no no!!) then you need to start doing cardio 3x per week for around 20-25 mins, drink tons of water, and eat balanced meals. Cut out soda, cut down on sugary snacks. Start small, making little changes, then continue to work towards larger ones. We're always here to help you meet your goals!!
