Weight Loss
I would really like to lose weight but don't know a really good strategy, other than working out because I don't want to have muscles. About me: -Asian(female) - 5'1 - 124lb 馃槶馃槶馃槶馃槶馃槶馃槶馃槶馃槶 Help anyone?

Hmm well another important question to consider is your age! do you mind me asking? Because that's a big factor in what is and isn't a healthy/realistic age. If you're in your teens, that's asking a LOT of your body and might be dangerous ://

@tseringwang12 cool!! So according to this bmi chart I found online, your ideal weight should be between 100 and 130 lbs :) so you're actually already there!! But if you want to lose more weight (as long as you keep it healthy - remember, starving yourself is a DEFINITE no no!!) then you need to start doing cardio 3x per week for around 20-25 mins, drink tons of water, and eat balanced meals. Cut out soda, cut down on sugary snacks. Start small, making little changes, then continue to work towards larger ones. We're always here to help you meet your goals!! And a lot of people share their stories in the health community so you should definitely consider sharing yours as you go forward ;) it'll inspire others to join you on your journey and help you stay encouraged!!

@allischaaff aww thanks! Your soooo sweet! I do love water the most out of all drinks so that's good, just gotta work on that sugary candies lol
