After your lifting games, you're going to need something that'll get you replenished. A mix of carbohydrates and protein will get you feeling like a brand new winning bodybuilder. Here's a damn good pancake recipe for your post-workout feast.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon butter
WHAT TO DO:
1) Smash the banana (BE THE HULK) in a bowl. Pour egg whites and stir it up! Then add your damn good protein powder, badass almond milk. Whip that shit right up.
2) Pour your protein packed pancake batter into a buttered pan and cook those pancakes like the The Rock you are meant to be.
