Don't like to cook? But you like eggs? MEAL PREP WITH EGGS! You're gonna need the WHOLE egg. Egg whites are great, but whole eggs are BETTER.
You might call it a casserole, I call it a PROTEINROLE.
What You'll Need:
10 whole eggs (beaten)
2 cups milk
1 cup cooked sausages
1.5 cup grated cheese of choice
1 cup cooked bacon
Nonstick cooking spray
How To Make It:
1) Fire that oven up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and butter that pan up.
2) Get your protein things together and mix all up (eggs, milk, sausages, cheese, bacon).
3) Pour into a big ass 9x13 inch baking dish and bake that damn good protein breakfast 45 minutes. SERVE. EAT. PROTEIN UP. DONE.
