I'm pretty sure some of you guys do. It was the Saturday Morning Cartoons I -- sort of -- grew up with and I had a pretty weird dream about all this block of cartoon television and it got me thinking that I can't be the only one who remembers it.
Anyway, their three flagship shows were some of my favorite growing up.

Pepper Ann

I'm going to be honest with you guys. I don't remember a thing about this show other than the titular character and how she was zany (?) or something. This is another weird and strange confession but I'm pretty sure little ghost-Paul had a crush on Pepper Ann. It feels so good to get that off my chest.

Now I loved Recess. Both the show and the actual thing. I remember wishing I went to whatever school these kids went to because it was more interesting than my actual school. But hey, it's a cartoon for a reason. And I think a lot of us learned how to make friendships and keep them through this show.

Disney's Doug

Now, Disney's Doug is a lot different than Nickelodeon's Doug. The former, was on ABC and was almost like a sequel to the Nickelodeon's version of the show. So we saw Doug a little bit older, a little bit different, a little bit cooler. Which I thought was nice. I mean I grew up watching Doug on those orange VHS tapes my brother had our parents buy, so having my own version of the show meant a lot to me.
Of course these are only a few of the Saturday Morning cartoons that existed during that time.

I'm just hoping I'm not the only one who remembers Saturday mornings with such fondness. Anyone else feel the same?

PEPPER ANN IS MY RELIGION. No seriously, I loved her "She's her own biggest fan"'s too perfect. and Recess? I was Spinelli lol
