Stuffed Aloo or potato parathas are super healthy. You can substitute the potato with any filling of your choice. I have listed all my tips and tricks to make the softest parathas. Kids love it too and is great to add in your lunchbox as well.

I don't think my parathas will never look like this. They get too soft, too thick or get burned.

Thank you guys! give it a try Celina, I've given you all the tips to help you along. Don't cook it on a very high fire as it needs time to get a nice light golden brown.
