Any basketball players out there? Here is a 4-Day workout routine for basketball players! Work hard or go home!

[Day 1 Workout]
1. Bench Press 3 x 10
2. Incline Dumbell Press 4 x 10
3. Tricep Dips 4 x 12
4. Tricep Pushdowns 4 x 10
5. Burpee Push-ups 4 x 12

1. Bench Press

2. Incline Dumbell Press

3. Tricep Dips

4. Tricep Pushdowns

5. Burpee Push-ups

Make sure you are explosive when going through this routine and....
