Sorry, but there is no picture today :( I may come back and add it later today, but I wanted to put the info up before I forgot or became distracted. The weather today was perfect, not too hot or too cold so the walk to and from work was great. It was a pretty low carb day, which is probably why I can't get to sleep.
Breakfast: Large Naval Orange
Snack: Iced Caffe Latte (no sugar)
Lunch: Grilled pork veggie wraps
Snack: Fun-size dried seaweed pack (2)--total of 30 calories.
Dinner: Two boiled eggs, an orange, and a handful of almonds.
To be honest, I am starving around bedtime at 11:30, but don't want to eat anything so late b/c I am just going to fall asleep. I think I have to go purchase some healthy snacks that I can have late at night if necessary. I try to eat dinner before 7pm, but that may be too early to stop eating if I stay up until about midnight. Something new to revise in my plan.

Note: The pace is actually very brisk and involves dodging people. The only rest is when you have to stop at a light. There are inclines all along the route, so it does provide some interval training. This assumption was further bolstered by the power walkers and joggers along the same path.
