Sorry for being gone so long, I've been making quick and easy dinner repeats because of school, time, and needing to make sure everything is done so my wife has dinner at work (I failed at that today )
Make your rice like usual except swap the water for broth then add a sprinkle of garlic powder and dust the top with taco seasoning. Last, add one can of tomato sauce and one can of diced tomatoes.
Trim 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts and season with a little salt, some pepper, garlic powder and dust with taco seasoning and pan fry in a drizzle of olive oil. When chicken has cooked to over 160°f in the center, add a jar of Mango, habanero salsa, coat chicken, and simmer for about 5minutes.
Place chicken on some rice, scoop some of the salsa on top, and enjoy
