Grilled Tuna w/ Ginger Teriyaki Sauce Servings - 4 People Prep Time - 5 Minutes Cook Time - 3-5 Minutes Passive Time - 10 Minutes Ingredients 4 5 oz Fresh Tuna Fillets 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt 1/4 cup Ginger Teriyaki Sauce 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional) Instructions Preheat grill or grill pan on medium high. Brush fish with oil and season with salt. Place fish on grill and cook for 1 minute. Turn fish over and baste with sauce. Cook 1-3 more minutes until seared or desired doneness. Remove fish from grill. Sprinkle with seeds. Serve with additional sauce on side.
