Is it a gimlet? Almost, but not quite. This one is brings in cucumber freshness and a kick of green peppercorns. Something that I think both @Allischaaff and @Rodiziketan would love right about now...

Green Peppercorn Syrup

Water
1 Tbsp. green peppercorns, whole

don't even say it. I started my new year, and I have classes all day long. Like really all day long. From 9am to 6pm, and a lot of home work as well :( @marshalledgar

If it's any consolation, I was working full time and going to school full time for two years straight. One of those quarters, I was taking 15 credits worth of classes instead of the normal 12 credits. That period of time was pure HELL. But I have no regrets @rodiziketan

It's kind of a blur now, that I look back, but it was such a crazy roller coaster, It was day-by-day just trying to keep it together. I think I zoned out at work during that time. I have no idea. lol @rodiziketan
