Oooh yes. These bad boys are called brigadeiro and they are from Brazil. I can't even tell you how unbelievably easy they are to make! They are the most amazing chocolate bombs your sweet tooth will ever bite into. It's made with condensed milk, powdered chocolate, and butter. That's all you need to make your basic brigadeiro. Of course you're totally allowed to add whatever toppings you want!
Best part? They can be cooked in the over or a MICROWAVE. Say whhaaattt. Screw chocolate bars, we've got something LEGIT.
Oh, and there are only 3 steps to this sweet thang!
What You'll Need:
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon of butter
How To Make It:
1) In a medium pan, combine all 3 ingredients over medium-low heat. Cooking and stir with a wooden spoon until it thickens (about 10 minutes).
2) Let the mixture cool until you're able to handle it. Shape into pingpong-size balls. You can roll the balls in your favorite toppings (like coconut flakes!)
