Workout Routine for Soccer Players (DAY 1)

Any soccer (football) players out there? Here is a 4-Day workout for soccer players! Work hard or go home!

[Day 1 Workout]
1. Hang Clean 4 x 8
2. Front Squats 4 x 8-12
3. Back Raise 4 x 10-15
4. Incline Dumbbell Press 4 x 8-12
5. Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows 3 x 8-12 (each arm)
6. Seated Military Press 4 x 8-12
7. Sprints 10 x 40m w/ 20 seconds walking recovery between sprints

1. Hang Clean

2. Front Squats

3. Back Raise

4. Incline Dumbbell Press

5. Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows

6. Seated Military Press

7. Sprints 10 x 40m w/ 20 seconds walking recovery between sprints
