2단계 (2주차): 아침은 선택, 점심은 필수!, 저녁은 단식 점심이 그날 마지막 식사인겁니다. 일주일간 합니다. 운동은 할필요 없습니다. 이기간 동안 가장 많은 몸무게가 빠지며 겉으론 티가 안나도 내장지방 부터 빠지기 시작합니다. (주의) 극심한 배고품의 고통이 옵니다. 3일째가 가장고비이며 그 고비가 넘어가면 참을만합니다. 일정량의 몸무게가 빠지면 더이상 쉽게 빠지지 않기도 하는 시기입니다.
3단계(3주차): 아침은 선택, 점심은 필수, 저녁은 소식 하루종일 물을 많이 먹습니다. 일주일간 합니다. 가벼운 유산소운동(줄넘기, 런닝, 빠르게 걷기 등등) 을 시작합니다. 2단계를 계속 유지하더라도 더이상 빠지지 않거나 소폭으로 빠지게 되면 위가 상합니다. 저녁은 속쓰리지 않게 적게 먹고 땀을 빼야합니다. 물을 많이 먹어야 지방이 소변을 타고 배출됩니다. 가벼운 근력운동을 해야 급작스럽게 살이 빠져 쳐진 피부를 탄력있게 만들어줍니다.
