Then you've GOT to try this simple recipe from Averie Cooks – Tempeh and Cucumber Skewers with Balsamic Reduction for dipping!
(And if you're lazy like I am, you could even make it as a quick salad and drizzle on the balsamic! :D)
Here's All You Need:
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced tempeh
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Look how simple:
1. Dice the veggies and tempeh.
2. Make the balsamic reduction (bring balsamic vinegar and sugar to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes).
There's no excuse to not enjoy a delicious healthy snack when it's this easy to make one!!
