Lavender Lemonade Can Help Reduce Anxiety!

It hasn't been easy for me to reduce my anxiety naturally, and lately I've found a lot of comfort in Lavender and lavender scented things. Essential oils and aroma therapy in general can work wonders on people with a lot of anxiety. I use lavender the most, it helps me sleep, it keeps my brain calm and it soothes my anxiety.
I've only had Lavender Lemonade a handful of times, but I've loved it each time!

Here's the recipe:

For one pitcher of this awesome drink all you need to do is mix these ingredients together: 12 cups of water 15 drops of Lavender essential oil two teaspoons of honey 6 lemons, squeezed and added to the mix And 4 teaspoons of sugar, of course you can add more depending on how sweet you like it.

And there you have it! An easy anxiety reducing drink that'll cost less than 3 dollars to make.

You can find essential oils at your grocery store or www.doterra.com

yummmmmmy!!! def trying this out.
Lavender is my favorite scent/oil. I was surprised to find out it grows like a weed in California. When I moved into my house, there were already five plants growing in front of my house. Now, they're up to my waist and you can smell them everywhere. ^.^ I clip them all the time to put in the house.
Love this card. I get anxiety attacks I'm going to try this to help me stay calm
Yes! @Luci546 me too. I can't wait to get back and use my lavender oil :)

What Has BTS Taught You
Hello fam! I can across this cool edit. These are not my own, but I wanted to share. @VeronicaArtino and I were having a conversation about " why we look up to BTS or what we have learned from them." These edits definitely sum up what I have learned from BTS. Honestly my key things are you are never too young to be wise. Love myself and loving myself is not selfish. Love those who support you and even your haters. You reap what you sow. If you plant seeds of success and water them with hard work and dedication you will get what you deserve. Focus on being the best version of myself, screw comparing myself to others. COMMENT BELOW WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED FROM BTS! EXO and Yongguk Unboxings!
https://youtu.be/4rs0BNR9uWI https://youtu.be/ZN15AQ9VTxw 2 new unboxings! The first is EXO's Season's Greetings 2019 box set! The second is one for Bang Yongguk: Limited Edition! Both are amazing! There is so much beauty happening in the EXO set and there is sooo much!!! I am a very happy Chen stan! The aesthetic of Yongguk's album is beautiful and suits the music and him perfectly. It is very toned down, original, and down to earth. It is all incredibly meaningful as it has notes from his personal notebooks. Instagram: dreyabeats The Yongguk is long because it is a really large book with many photos. I rolled through EXO faster after finding out how long my Yongguk one ended up being XD My taglist; let me know if you'd like to be added or removed. @11erinmims @4dalientae @AaliyahNewbell Choosing the Right Tea to Match Your Mood
We as humans tend to experience multiple moods that come and go without any notice and quite frankly, it can get really frustrating. A kind gesture from a stranger can make your entire day. But, all of a sudden, an inconsiderate jerk pushes past you in order to get the last available seat on the subway and then an immediate transformation occurs. That one quick, yet affective gesture has officially dampened your high spirits and whiplashed you into another mood you really didnโ€™t want to be in. Instead of being heavily medicated and secluding yourself in your room during a Netflix binge, grab a cup of tea and let its natural ingredients do the healing. Common cold: Elderflower Avoiding the common cold is inevitable sometimes. You feel yourself being cautious when youโ€™re in public spaces, yet you still manage to pick it up after you used about half a gallon of hand sanitizer. Elderflower tea relieves the symptoms of a common cold. It has a gentle and pleasant tea, so itโ€™s welcoming to people of all ages, especially young kids. It contains antiviral and immune boosting effects, so it can tackle flu symptoms and other common cold problems. Stressed: Lemon Balm Maybe you have to meet a strict deadline for work. Maybe youโ€™re feeling overwhelmed because finals are approaching and youโ€™re trying to cram in last minute study sessions. You have found that physically youโ€™re exhausted, but the gears running in your mind wonโ€™t seem to shut off. Lemon balm aids relaxation and calmness. The oils in lemon balm contain chemicals that relax muscles, particularly in the stomach and bladder, and calms future anxieties you may be experiencing. Slow metabolism: Green Tea Whether youโ€™re looking to shed a couple extra pounds, or simply speed up your metabolism, green tea has proven to be very beneficial in EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), an ingredient known to speed up metabolism. Try to make it a habit of consuming 4-6 cups a day in order to notice a significant change in energy level. Sleepless nights: Chamomile Chamomile tea is strictly herbal based, so it doesnโ€™t contain any caffeine, which is the main ingredient for keeping someone up in the first place. The tea itself has a unique, sweet, and floral aroma and will have a drowsiness effect on you. Your local grocery store should have brands like Celestial Seasonings and Traditional Medicinals, which are two of my favorite brands; however, if youโ€™re feeling adventurous, you can even go as far as drying out the flowers and brewing them yourself. Bloated: Peppermint Peppermint has been known to help fatigue and stomach problems. It calms your internal systems and is extremely useful if you over-indulge in a late night meal or food loaded with sugars and fibers that the body finds hard to absorb. Next time youโ€™re feeling uncomfortable because you maybe had one too many slices of cake, try and drink some peppermint tea to settle your stomach and reduce bloating. Nauseous: Ginger Tea Soon to be mothers have claimed that Ginger has helped them during pregnancy sickness. If you make this tea from grated root ginger, it will provide even more benefits. First, you want to steep two teaspoons in boiled water. Then, let it sit until itโ€™s cool. Finally, sip on it casually, and you should find your nausea disappearing. Try not to consume more than three teaspoons a day.
7 Weird Weight Loss Tips That Don't Involve Exercising
If you're on a weight loss journey, but you hate exercising, test out these weight loss tips that don't require one minute of exercise. Tie a knot. If you're feeling daring, try Valerie Orsoniโ€™s โ€œLe Petit Secret." It's a method used by multiple French women who wear a ribbon around their waist when they go out to eat. It's supposed to keep you conscious of how much you're eating because the ribbon will start to feel tighter as the evening progresses. Eating for the Insta. Rather than logging down every morsel in a food journal/diary, take a picture of it. That way you can visualize how much food you're truly consuming. Eat off small blue plates. Putting your food onto small plates will give off the appearance that you have more food on your plate than you actually do. Also, the color blue functions as an appetite suppressant, so there's a reason why a lot of restaurants don't use them. Eat with your opposite hand. This will cause you to concentrate more on picking up your food and unconsciously slow down your food intake. Light a vanilla-scented candle after dinner. Studies show that the aroma of a vanilla candle will dampen dessert cravings. Hang a mirror opposite your seat at the table. You're less likely to shove that extra roll in your mouth when you're staring yourself in the eye during a meal. A mirror will help remind you of why you're trying to lose weight in the first place. Sit at the end of the table. Usually all the shared food such as appetizers, chips and salsa, bread, etc. are placed in the middle of the table for easy access to everyone. The farther away you sit, the least likely you will be tempted to go for seconds.
