Meet 4-year-old Iris Gill, the little girl from Arkansas who had a choice between a 'Frozen', 'Star Wars', or Hello Kitty-themed birthday party - and chose CVS.
For those of you who don't know what CVS is, it's a pharmacy/convenience store owned by the Walgreens company where Americans go for anything from Pepto Bismo to paper towels, and it's safe to say Iris is probably their biggest fan.
It might be a peculiar choice to the rest of us, but Iris's mother, Sarah Fortune Gill, wasn't about to complain:
"When your kid puts CVS on the same level as Disney World, you embrace it. When they ask for a CVS birthday party, you throw it."
And judging by the pictures of the bash - that have since gone viral since Sarah first shared them on social media - you can see that Sarah really got creative with it.
First off, Iris got her very own check-out station, complete with cash register and adorable mini shopping cart.
Then there's the trademark CVS nametag. Very nice, Iris. Very nice.
And then there were the CVS tote bags, filled with magazines and coloring books for guests.
It wouldn't be a true CVS party without plenty of off-brand Band-Aids and Chapstick!
And for the adults? CVS = Cranberry Vodka Splash. (Iris can't be the only one having all the fun.)
And then there's my personal favorite - the treat-MINTS, packed in CVS-style prescription bottles.
Sarah got a lot of the party favors (for free!) with the help of their local CVS, who also went so far as to write this thoughtful message for Iris on their electronic signboard!
On her personal blog, Sarah had this to say when reflecting on the special day:
"One day it won’t be so simple to make her happy, so for now I take her to CVS when we have a few extra minutes to spare and try my best to make her birthday party special."
