If your tank top (or shirt) doesn't hang off your traps like Micquel's does in this pic (on the left), then you have some serious work to do.
I can't tell you HOW MANY men's physique champs and competitors that I have seen with enormous delts and not a trap in sight!!!!!
Since traps are the new bicep, take a look at Micquel's trap routine. Notice how everyone in the gym just stops and stares. This guy is full-throttle incarnate!
Warm up with 2 sets of barbell shrugs
Machine shrugs 15-12-10
Barbell shrugs 15-12-10
Barbell upright rows 12-10-8
Wide grip Pull-down (leaning back) 20-15-10

How long do you all think it will take me to get in this kind of shape? 5 years? 10 years? 20 years? Longer? Impossible to achieve?
For those of you that don't know, I just started getting serious about weight training about 3 months ago. I got super serious about 40 days ago and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
