These jars are incredibly beautiful and look very expensive. But, good news! They aren't expensive and they are pretty easy to make. This DIY tutorial comes from the creative people at Mason Jar Crafts Love.

For this project, you will need:
-- Gallery Glass in red, white, yellow and blue
-- Peel and stick lead lining
-- Liquid leading in black
-- Mason jars
You can find all of these items at a craft store.

Map out pattern

Use the peel and stick leading to map out a stained-glass pattern on the jar, as shown in the picture above. The material is really easy to cut with a butter knifer.

Touch up with black paint

Fill in the corners of the pattern with the liquid leading black paint. This will keep the colors in the boxes.

Start applying the colors

Fill in the boxes with the different colors, as shown in the picture above. After the first coat dries, apply the second coat of paint to make the colors really pop.

Place a candle inside and enjoy!

I made these for my mum for her birthday because our house is very Frank Lloyd Wright inspired and these are very similar styles and she loves them! She puts candles in the mason jars and then I took a vase and did the same thing so now she puts flowers in that. They're bright, colourful and easy and make smashing gifts.
