Pour half of the pasta into a greased 11x7-inch or 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of cheese. Layer the remaining half of the pasta evenly on top. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and just barely starts to turn golden. Remove and serve immediately, sprinkled with additional toppings if desired. TO MAKE THE ALFREDO SAUCE: Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute one minute, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Sprinkle with flour, and stir to combine. Saute for an additional minute to cook the flour, stirring occasionally. Ingredients For the chicken nuggets: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces ½ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon black pepper 1.5 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into strips (about 1.5" x ⅓" x ⅓") 1 cup Panko bread crumbs ⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese ½ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon olive oil ⅓ cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, lightly beaten For the honey mustard yogurt dip: ⅓ cup Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice pinch of salt and pepper, to taste Instructions Preheat oven to 400 F degrees. Spread Panko bread crumbs in a thin layer on rimmed baking sheet and bake for 3-4 minutes, until lightly toasted. Once mostly cooled, transfer breadcrumbs to a shallow dish. Yield: 6-8 servings For the sauce: 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, liquid reserved 1 tbsp. butter ¼ cup finely chopped onion 1½ tbsp. tomato paste 2 cloves garlic, minced ½ tsp. red pepper flakes Salt and pepper, to taste 1/3 cup heavy cream or half-and-half For the meatballs: ½ cup dried panko 1/3 cup grated onion 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. dried basil ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 tsp. kosher salt ¼ tsp. ground black pepper 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 large egg, lightly beaten 1½ lbs. ground chicken 2 tbsp. olive oil To finish: 4 oz. shredded mozzarella 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan 2-3 tbsp. minced fresh basil (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: To make the sauce, add the tomatoes to a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth, adding a bit of the reserved liquid if necessary to smooth the mixture out. Melt the butter in a large, deep skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat. Let cook, turning occasionally, until all sides are browned. Once all of the meatballs are browned, place them in the pan with the tomato sauce. Còn da và xương thì để cho vào nước dùng. Cá ngừ thì rửa sạch, để ráo ướp tiêu, bột ngọt, mắm, gừng, một ít rượu, rồi để vào tủ lạnh từ 15 – 20 phút để cá thấm gia vị. Cà chua cắt múi cau, khóm cắt miếng vừa ăn, hành tím nướng rồi bóc vỏ rửa sạch Rau sống, bắp chuối xắt, xà lách, giá thì ngâm nước muối sơ rồi rửa sạch, để ráo nước. Bước 4 Nấu nước lèo bún chả cá Nha Trang Bắt nước sôi lên cho đầu cá thu, xương và da cá vào (để cá không tanh thì rửa sơ đầu cá qua nước nóng), cho ít muối và củ hành tím đã nướng vào, bật lửa lớn đến khi nước sôi thì vớt bọt rồi hạ lửa riu riu, đậy nắp lại. Khi đầu cá nhừ thì vớt đầu cá, da và xương ra, cho cá ngừ đã ướp, cà và dứa vào nồi, bật lửa lớn, vớt bọt, nêm nếm lại cho vừa ăn, tắt bếp. *Lưu ý: Khi ăn thì cho đầu cá vào nồi lại cho nóng, rồi vớt ra đĩa nhâm nhi thịt và xương cá với nước mắm ớt ngon lắm. Lemon Garlic Chicken
INGREDIENTS: 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, with skin 2 tbsp olive oil 2 lemons 1 cup chicken broth 4 cloves of garlic, minced 4 sprigs of rosemary (optional; plus additional for garnish) 1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning salt and pepper to taste 5 young, thin multicolored carrots (optional; can be found at the farmer's market) handful of broccolini (optional; you can replace with other vegetables) DIRECTIONS: 1. Add olive oil to pan and turn stove to medium high. When oil becomes hot, add in chicken, searing both sides until they are brown and the skin is crispy. Turn off stove. Preheat oven to 425F. 2. Squeeze juice from one lemon. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and 1/2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning. Brush chicken skins and top of chicken thighs generously with lemon juice mixture. In a separate bowl, add leftover lemon juice mixture, chicken broth, garlic, remaining garlic and herb seasoning. Taste to see if you want to add salt and pepper. If so, add at this point.
