I take medicine for my mental health & brain injury but I have found that since nuts are healthy, energizing, a substitute for junk foods, plus taste good....I have incorporated cashews, almonds & other natural foods such as coconut milk in my meals or snacks; as well as to lose weight & receive protein.
What have you liked about using these? Have you tried any of this? I'd love to see your thoughts in this card.
