Naengmyeon are made from buckwheat noodles. It’s a very popular dish in Korea all year ’round but especially in summertime. The toppings are usually composed of Boiled egg, chopped cucumber, radish, sesame seeds, spicy sauce and even Sashimi. I also love the other version without the watery additions, but it's usually spicier. But i can't really tell you if i have a Fav, both are just so yummy! Also, if the restaurant is generous enough, side dishes can be pretty rich too!
