Beefy, Lean Tacos For the Big Dudes & Dudettes
Alright bros, you just smashed some serious ass weight and now you're HANGRYYYY. Ain't no time for an elaborate meal. You need that shit right now, real good, with a ton of protein. Get those damn good tortillas out, you're gonna need all that you can get after that heavy weight load you smashed at the gym today.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Whole wheat soft tacos
Hella cooked lean ground beef
GUAACCC
Chopped tomatoes
Plain Greek yogurt (replaces sour cream)


WHAT TO DO:

1) Heat tacos in microwave for 10 seconds.
2) PILE BEEF, GUAC, TOMATOES and PLAIN YOGURT in those tacos.

3) DESTROY.

Whole wheat tacos ain't the real deal, but it gets the job done. I'd say that Greek yogurt is the most amazing thing as a substitute for sour cream. You can have a lot of it and not feel guilty about it @mchlyang

I don't really get HANGRYYY, but after a work out (or anything physically tasking) I'm always in the mood for steak and potatoes

Isn't it though!? Saw a great way to make steak to with some garlic, butter, and thyme... gonna have to try it some time @alywoah

yes yes yessssss!!!!! i make my steaks with butter, garlic, salt and pepper and it's AMAZING. should definitely make it that way @namrow
