After being spoiled by my Omoni's homemade banchan while my inlaws were visiting us from Seoul for a couple of months, I finally ran out of what she packed with love in our fridge. After researching some recipes to make some of my own, I remembered this green onion salad she would make every time we had Korean BBQ as a family.
