Kareem Abdul-Jabbar knows a thing or two about NBA big men, so it was only right that ESPN bought him in to rank the best frontcourt players in the NBA.
While many would expect Kareem to lean on Demarcus Cousins or DeAndre Jordan as the best big man in the league, "the king of the skyhook" opted to name another frountcourt player as the most complete big man in the NBA.
According to Kareem, Anthony Davis on Kentucky in the NBA's best big man.
"Anthony Davis is a complete player. He can play with his back to the basket or face up, he can block shots and rebound, he is a complete player." He also went on to say that he sees Dwight Howard of the Rockets as a middle of the pack center in the all-time ranks because he has never been so dominant that his team has been a lock for a ring.
If the Pelicans can build a strong team around him, they could have a championship in their future
@KyleBerke Exactly my point! The team needs to be built around him.
I'll have to agree with Kareem on this one. Davis is indeed an all-around player and he can def turn the game around for New Orleans when they need him to.
