We all look up to Natasha, which is why she's here today to give us some awesome advice about loving ourselves and our bodies! Tip #1 is: Don't let people discourage you. Especially as we get older, we lose a lot of the self-love that we're born with. Don't let go of it, and don't let anyone tell you that it's not natural to love the skin you're in!
Amp yourself up!
Tell yourself that you're beautiful. Put on make-up and perfume if that makes you feel good, or sweatpants and a cozy t-shirt if that's how you roll. Give yourself whatever you need as a pick-me-up. Even all-star athletes need a pep talk before a big game, so why shouldn't you get one when you have a difficult day ahead? Or heck, even a totally normal day!
Walk tall and take no sh!t
Sometimes, finding confidence means you have to fake it until you make it. So strut like you're the proudest person in the world. Your subconscious will start to get the message, and the more you do it the more natural you'll feel. If anyone has anything to say about it, well. You probably shouldn't go around macing anyone, but you can take your awesome strut and walk the hell away.
Having a rough day? That's okay too.
We all have bad days. You don't deserve to punish yourself for them. It can be hard to be positive about yourself all the time, especially when there are so many messages designed to get you down. Be your own best friend, not your worst enemy, and give yourself a break.
Accept help when you need it
If you need support, don't be ashamed. Nobody should have to struggle alone, no matter what. Ask for help, and don't apologize. You deserve it!
