Use one hand to sweep the assault guiding it over the other arm continuing the movement with it once crossed over. From there you can either throw, pin, or strike back. Remember that this move is designed to use your opponents movements against them and by steping towards or away from the attack sets up what you do next. In lesson 102 I will further explain timing and more of the precise moverments. Until then practice the sweeping technique, it is important to incorporate it into your muscle memory.
