Deadlifts are the king of compound lifts (some of y'all are gonna say squats, but I'm gonna say still say deadlifts). You have your conventional deadlifts, but there are other deadlifts variations you can perform for solid strength.

Nice! These are really good to work different parts of your body as well! Correct me if I'm wrong but stiff deadlifts focus more on your hamstrings while Romanian deadlifts target your back!

Yep you're right! All of these deadlifts still work your entire posterior chain, just some areas are affected a bit more than the others. @Mchlyang
