1) Egg & turkey "cupcakes"
For this you want to cook up/warm up any leftover veggies and meat. Then, scramble about 12 eggs. You'll add the vegetable and meat to the egg mixture, pour evenly into oiled cupcake tins, then bake for about 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Have you ever made a crustless quiche? Yeah, it's a thing. And it's easier to make. In a large bowl you'll need to scramble about 6 eggs. In that egg mixture, combine any vegetables you want to add. In a greased 9-inch pie pan, pour your egg mixture. Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for about 30 minutes, or until eggs have set.
3) Leftover Breakfast Biscuits
All you need to do is take half a biscuit and top it with warm turkey, fried or scrambled eggs, and gravy. Try this as with just one half of a biscuit so you can keep this low carb, and high protein!
