At least when it comes to the world of fashion. We're so used to hearing about fashion dont's and faux pa's that we should steer clear of, but there actually happen to be some rules that can and should be broken. You deserve to be comfortable in your clothing and where whatever makes you happy at the end of the day. Whether that may be absolutely nothing t all or your favorite onesie from Target.

Because when it comes to focusing on your health, nothing else matters. Be comfortable and sweat it out girl, don't worry about getting your clothes a little wet. That just means you're putting in work.

Whether you want to dress it up or dress it down is totally up to you. Your date should first fall in love with your personality, your fierceness should come second.
Breaking The Rules #3: In The Comfort Of Your Home
In bed or snuggled up on the couch with bae netflix'n it up, boyfriend jeans or even sweatpants are appropriate. You're in the house. Nobody is checking for you, you don't have to be walking around in 6 in. heels and a hat all day long.
Breaking The Rules #4: Underneath Your Clothing
Your undergarments are simply yours and unless you're willingly displaying them to someone else, nobody will have a clue. If you feel like wearing bloomers and a sports bra, go for it. If you feel like wearing sweatpants around the house with no panties, go for it. Who cares?
