You can read a million and one posts about how to become successful, and how to get things done, and how to live steadily and love better. But honestly, some people just respond more to what NOT to do.
So, here are some things you avoid if you want to be successful.

1. Sense of entitlement.

You are entitled to nothing. Seriously, the sooner you understand that the universe doesn't owe you jack, the sooner you'll start to be successful.

2. Laziness.

Unsuccessful people have a bad habit of being super lazy. I think this goes hand in hand with entitlement. If you think the world owes you, you're probably not going to work as hard right? Right.

3. Hold grudges.

People who refrain from letting things go end up making things harder on themselves. There is value in letting things go. If you hold a grudge, you can't possibly move forward.

4. Don't have high goals.

If your goals and aspirations don't scare the shit out of you how can you move forward and become successful?

5. Talk about others behind their backs.

Yes, everyone does it, but it's not conducive to success. Kindness and tactfulness is key, not backstabbing.

6. Disorganization.

While I like to live in chaos, it's not a great thing cultivate if you want to be a successful person.

7. Lack of passion.

You can't be truly successful if you don't have passion for what you're doing. This might be a no-brainer, but you'd be surprised by the sheer amount of people that go without passion on in their daily lives.

8. Lack of conviction.

If you're wishy-washy and you don't take a stand on the things that really matter to you, you can't really move forward. You have to make decisions based on your convictions, and if you don't have any, you won't be able to progress in your career or your life.

9. Lack of motivation.

If you're not willing to put in the work, you won't get the rewards. Success is a reward given to people who are willing to sacrifice for their careers, their families and their wellbeing. If you can't separate ambition from apathy, things will not happen.

but.... I'm just naturally lazy :( Ppl branded me as smart, but actually I can't be bothered with most of the stuff, so I try to be as efficient as possible and spend less time on things I don't like!
