Main Character Fight! Battousai VS Devil!

Hey Vingle anime fam!

Here's another fresh and awesome vs card! (I'm sorry that the last one was such an unfair fight...)
In any case, this is a special VS card, because it comes as a request from @DaiGakuSei. He wanted to see a battle card between these two swordsmen, and I wouldn't want to let any good fight go un-fought!
So here the battle, between

Kenshin Himura and Rin Okumura

Kenshin Himura (Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X)

Known as the Battousai because of his almost inhuman abilities with a sword and proficiency for killing.
The only living user of Hiten Mitsurugi-ryū, Flying Heaven Govern Sword-Style. Using this style, Kenshin can move at 'godspeed' often faster than the eye perceives.
Expert in Battojutsu, the art of the unsheathing, and is capable of performing deadly feats using both sword and sheath in tandem.

Rin Okumura (Ao No Exorcist)

One of Satan's sons, Rin possesses some of the powers that come with that heritage, including the unique blue flames that he can control.
Rin wield the Kurikara, a demonic sword that also serves as the basis for all of his demonic power. When it is unsheathed, Rin is at his most powerful.
He has superb regenerative abilities, at one point even managing to re-attach a severed foot.

You guys know the deal now! Comment with who you think would win! Try and make strong arguments for either one.

It's cool to just put a name down, but isn't it more fun to see why you think they'd win?

I believe this will come down who will go all out first. Rin has more raw demonic power on his side, but Kenshin has technique and experience on his side.

I'm absolutely certain that if they both went all out to start off, the battle would be very incredibly close, but I believe that Himura the Battousai would win because his strength lies in his mastery of hiten mitsurugiryu and one v one tactics.
