For today's lunch, I am making a really easy to do and so delicious vegetable based soup with carrots and wheat grits.
So boil the water with vegetables of your choice (aka vegetables based soup). When finished, remove the vegetables and use it for something. I like to just eat them, they taste delicious. Than grate the carrots and put in on side. Take a cooking pan, put some butter in and wheat grits and "grill" it for about 2 minutes. Pour your vegetable soup on it and add the grated carrots. Cook for about 15 minutes, and you got yourself a soup.
