Calisthenics VS PowerBuilding
Found a really interesting match. There are some episodes that I need to watch too. But, does any of you do both cal and powerlift?

I don't do both but I feel like for real life adaptation, calisthenics are much more effective. But once again, each type of exercise has its strengths and weaknesses.
It really just depends on your goals. Both involve a crazy amount of strength in very different ways. It's like comparing a sprinter with a long distance runner -- they both are tough in very different ways. A powerlifter might find it easy to deadlift 600lbs, but might find it difficult to do 10 pullups. Vice versa.
I've only done powerlifting, but I've been curious about calisthenics. I think maybe even applying both can add a great deal of insane strength.
