It's been awhile since I've used Vingle. Haha My last card was about training for a 5K. The 5K was really fun and it was great going out there and running. But after doing the race I completely lost motivation to continue running and working out. I became really lazy and gained a few pounds. I've been watching what I eat and I'm at an okay weight. I'd love to get back to running and working out. Does anyone have any tips on how they motivate themselves to keep up with their workouts?
