Peach Pisco Ice-Pops
Perfect for the summer 4 c. peaches ¾ c. sugar ½ c. vanilla bean ½ c. water 2 tbsp. lime juice 1 tbsp. pink pepper corn skins ⅓ tsp. salt 7 tbsp. pisco Peel and quarter peaches. Place peaches in a bowl filled with all of the other ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutes. Pour mixture into a blender and rough blend. Pour into ice-pop molds and freeze for at least six hours.
