I realized I haven't put up a new badass woman of anime in a little while! My bad, y'all. Let me make it up to you with a super-duper badass:
Touka is a definite badass. She is one of the first characters we meet in Tokyo Ghoul, though at first we don't know how important she will ultimately be. She's just a waitress at the coffeeshop initially.
Touka is an incredibly agile fighter, and her ukaku-type kagune allows her to move quickly as well as fire shards like an automatic rifle. She can also use it as a shield for herself.
She feels that her Kagune is incomplete, however, despite her ability wielding it.
Despite her tough exterior and the manner in which she conducts herself as a hunter and a ghoul, Touka is still a very emotional person, and struggles with issues of loss, from her parents to her friends.
At the end of the day, there is an optimism in Touka despite all of the horrors and atrocities she has had to endure in her short life. She is loyal and brave, if headstrong, and would do anything to protect or avenge her friends.
