What gets you motivated to lace up your sneakers and hit the trails (or the streets, the boards, the treadmill – wherever you like to jog)? Everyone's got a different reason (or heck, reasons plural) – it's whatever keeps you motivated to keep getting back out there, even when it's raining, or you're tired, or you'd much rather be sitting on the couch.
Here are a few of my personal reasons for running; feel free to share yours!
Because it makes me feel strong, powerful, and confident in my body.
To spend more time outdoors, and connect more deeply with nature.
Because even the slowest jogger is still lapping everyone on the couch! (Or really, lapping the ME who would've hypothetically been sitting on the couch.)
For the strong, sexy legs I'm building ;)

For the increased energy, better quality sleep, and happiness it brings me :)
