Swedes love their pizza, and Kebab Pizza is one of the favorites! The meat is usually lamb, sliced off a spit but since most people don’t have one of these spits at home, ground beef will do the trick. Turns out real good and I’m sure this will be a big hit with all family members!
2 tablespoons cumin 1 tablespoon paprika 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons oregano 2 teaspoons garlic salt
Mix all the spices and keep in an air tight container.
1 pound ground beef 1 tablespoon potato starch 1 egg 4 teaspoons Kebab Spice Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 230 degrees F. Mix all the ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Shape the meat mixture into a cylinder, about 2-3 inches thick. Place the meat on foil and roll it tight, covering the meat twice. Leave the sides open so that the juices can get out. Bake in the oven for about 3 1/2 hours. Let it rest for an hour, then chill it over night in the fridge. When you are ready to use it, slice it up as thin as you can.
1 1/4 cups of sour cream 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 3 tablespoons chili sauce Salt and pepper 3 tablespoons Kebab Spice 2 minced garlic cloves 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and chili sauce. Add the minced garlic and the spices. Gently fold in the cilantro. Let it chill in the fridge before using it.
