Before you can have a healthy relationship with someone else, you must first master the art of having a healthy relationship with yourself. It may sound fairly easy, but for some having a healthy relationship with oneself is a daily struggle. But guess what? It doesn't have to be. It may seem as if you love that person, but love flows from within yourself and if you have no self-love then believe it or not -- you're not loving someone else.
