Lisa!!!

Holy crap, she is just great!!! Lisa is a Japanese music artist and by far the best I have heard. Her music is so catchy and it has a happy tune to it.
So her genes are pop, rock, and anison. If you don't speak Japanese still listen to her she is amazing.
I love this picture for some weird reason she reminds me oh Nonnon from Kill la Kill.
Speaking of kill la kill that reminds me she did do songs for anime.😃
Soo...what shows did she do you ask?? Fate/Zero, Sword art Online, Day Break Illusion, Nisekoi, and The Irregular at Magic High school.
In my opinion her best album is land space. Why, you ask? Because her songs in "Land space" are all catchy fun and the lyrics really move to the beats in the song!!!🎵
Man I want to see her concert so bad. Who will give me money to go see her!?!?
Rising hope from the irregular at Magic high school. She did an amazing job on this music Video and the song. The way she sang it really brings out the meaning of the show😍
Lisa being only 28 does a great job! I give a huge thumbs up to her!!😊
The only reason I found out about her is when my crazy friend told me who did the songs for sword art online. He said she was the best and I had to check her out. So I did and I came to loving her.
Lxixsxa.com is her website it won't let me get the link.😢
So any way that's it. She's awesome. If you guys like her then make sure to tell me in the comments or fell free to message me. I'll defiantly be making some more on bands I listen to.(not just Japanese artist) But yeah if you ever go to or have been to one of Lisa's concerts make a card with a picture of the concert and be sure to tag me in it.😊
Alright Bye and keep on Rocking it!!!😍 You get music reference? No, ok. I thought it was funny.😢

How To Learn A New Language At Home
I've been trying to improve my French recently, and came across these awesome YouTubers called DamonandJo. They have self-taught themselves nearly 6 languages! I believe they speak French, Spanish, Portugese, Italian, German, and of course English! You can either watch the video above (which I suggest cause they have the BEST sense of humor) or check out their tips below: 1. Follow Famous YouTubers in the language you want to learn! There are tons of youtubers in other languages, and often if they are famous enough, there will be english subtitles. Listen to them to hear real people speaking the language rather than a text book! They're usually super entertaining too so it helps :) 2. Follow those YouTubers or famous people on twitter so you see that language each day! The easiest way to get used to a foreign language is to see it all the time and this really helps! 3. Change your phone/facebook/etc language to your desired language! Since you probably already know where everything is in your phone or facebook, you wont be confused and you'll learn a ton of new vocab! 4. Listen to audio books in the language you want!!! Audible has a ton of foreign language books. Try starting with a book you already know well (like Harry Potter for me - I'm trying to read that in Korean right now...) and listen throughout your day! 5. Sign up for foreign magazines or newsletters! Or even better download their app in another language! For example, my boyfriend gets push notification from Le Monde which is a french newspaper :) Even if you only read the headline, its practice. 6. Try cooking a meal using a recipe in a different language! You start to learn that a lot of words you actually already know (for example, sauté means the same thing in french and in korean bokkeum (like bokkeumbap) means fried! so literally "fried rice!" 7. Watch TV shows in the language Duh!!!! 8. Talk to yourself and dont be afraid! Practice speaking whenever you can, even to people who are strangers! be brave! What languages are you trying to learn?!

The best part is that most flights are only one or two hours long, which means you get where you need to go without losing any valuable work time. If you're looking for one last summer adventure before school starts up again, I highly recommend visiting someplace new and exciting by Emirate mange a booking your next flight with Emirates Airlines. Book your tickets One of the reasons why people love flying Emirates Airlines is because they fly to multiple destinations. However, what if you’re looking for a specific location but don’t see it on their list? Don’t worry—you can always go to their website and book your tickets right there. Certain routes offer overnight stopovers and some flights feature sleep pods or lie-flat beds. Passengers are allowed to bring all food items onto a plane, provided they do not contain any fruits or vegetables, such as apple sauce and jelly. Passengers are also allowed to bring their own liquor on board. Only miniature bottles of liquor or no more than a liter per person may be brought on board. A maximum amount of four miniature bottles or 1 liter per person is permitted in carry-on luggage for international flights and in checked Emirates baggage policy for domestic flights within UAE. Planning your trip with the in-flight entertainment system If you’re taking a long flight, you might want to rent an in-flight entertainment system so that you can watch movies, listen to music and play games. Book your trip through Emirates Airlines in order to get access to their in-flight entertainment systems before your flight. This makes it easier for you to plan your trip with all of your favorite forms of entertainment on board. These devices also allow you to keep track of airline information while on board so that if there are any delays or changes you can adjust accordingly. Want To Write A Song? Here's How!
Musicians are strange creatures, cursed with melodies spinning around in their heads constantly. It's hard to recognize what words are brilliant lyrics, or just fleeting thoughts. The mind of a musician is a jumbled mess, with little bits and pieces of melodies and broken love songs constantly dragging behind them. My newest effort premieres at the end of this post! So stay tuned if you want to learn how to write music, and where these tips can get you. This card was inspired by @buddyesd and our conversations about music and songwriting over the past few days. 1. The first step is to know your music! Videos: Some of my favorites. I've been a musician my whole life. I started singing in my terrible two's and ended up getting a guitar at age 11 and starting my first rock band at 12. My life has always centered on what band I was obsessed with at the time. It all started with Green Day... Then the Ramones... Then My Chemical Romance... Thirty Seconds To Mars... The Sex Pistols... The Libertines... Neil Young, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Pete Doherty and on and on. And so on and so fourth. The point I'm trying to make here, is that you have to go through a lot of music to gain the inspiration and the fortitude to start making your own. Influences are a huge part of songwriting. They help you form what kind of identity you want as an artist. 2. Know that the perfect song won't come overnight. Your development takes time! (Video 1: One of the first songs I ever wrote (2009) "The Way You Talk" / tried and true pop-punk) (Video 2: A later rock song, 2014 "Tourist" a little more sophisticated, deeper lyrics, more passion, messy garage-rock feel) I didn't wake up and just know how to play the guitar and write songs, it took time. I sat in my room for hours on end, plucking away, humming, writing down and recording things and ultimately a lot of the stuff I wrote early on was complete shit. It just now, feels like I'm writing really meaningful stuff. So, just give yourself some time, and know that every musician goes through an evolution at every level. I started out writing simple, three chord punk songs in the vein of Green Day, my favorite band. That slowly evolved into more anthemic and stadium-like tunes when I started getting into bands like The Rolling Stones, U2 and so fourth... Now I've evolved into this heart-wrenching raw, indie influenced folk-y sound that is directly linked to my love for Pete Doherty's solo album Grace / Wastelands, a collection of melancholy tracks dedicated to love and confusion. My new song, Counselor (heard here), is a haunting acoustic ballad influenced by more singer / songwriter acts since I'm solo right now. So things have to evolve with the times. 3. Do some research. You have to know where you came from in order to know where you can go. This being said, every musician's routine is different. I just like to pick up my guitar, start strumming a few chords and a melody or lyric will come, and I'll go from there. Some people sit at a keyboard and bang out a melody, Others just jam and find a chord progression they like, to start with and build a melody on top of it. If you're not that experienced, you have to do some research. Look up the greats: Lennon and McCartney, Richards and Jagger. The classics are a great way to look at song structure. Then, look up your favorite artist's songwriting routines and experiment with them, mix and match styles until you feel like you can get somewhere. Like the lead singer of Green Day, Billie Joe Armstrong writes his melodies first, lyrics later. Both come at once for me, melody and lyric, almost always. So it just depends on how your brain works, and you won't know until you try. 4. JUST GO FOR IT!!! Music isn't perfect and most of the time it isn't beautiful or polished. So if you want to start creating your own, just start doing it. Hum melodies, listen to your favorite artists, pick up an instrument and do it! If you have the passion and you want to learn, anything is possible. I'm here to help too, if you have any questions or thoughts. Do not be afraid, because you could write the next number one single in your bedroom...you never know ;)! My newest song, written and recorded on August 12th, 2015 is up on Sound Cloud now, here's the link if you're interested. See! Songwriting isn't hard! ;) "Lying To The Wind" By: Tess Stevens
My Food at the Sailor Moon Cafe! (Talk About It Tuesday)
Soooo, for this week's talk about it Tuesday (started by @invinsybll) , the theme was Anime Accessorizing, but I already showed off my accessories last week! So, instead, I wanted to show off something fun I got to do back in September when I took a short trip to Japan. Now, I don't like to brag, but I was lucky enough to go to the Sailor Moon Cafe that was going on at that time!! I haven't really talked about it before, so here goes~ Now, I didn't take many pictures , but this is the food that I ate! Isn't it cute? It was a Sailor Jupiter themed bento box. I loved it! Everything in it was tasty. The rice balls were mushroom veggie rice balls, the spaghetti was sweet, and the little pieces of cutlet were seafood cutlet! Yummmmmmyyyy!! I also got a Tuxedo Mask Coffee! Isn't it cute?! It really didn't taste THAT great (ever had a cold, canned coffee? It sort of tasted like that, lol). But it was adorable and that's all that matters. I also got the Sailor Mars coaster you see in the background, and a little Sailor Mars dessert, too!! I didn't take pictures of the interior, but it was basically just a bar set up with a lot of memorabilia. They played episodes of the show on the TV screens throughout the room, and music from the series the whole time! You could text in a request & they would play that, too. They also had goods for purchase, but it was a bit pricey just to be there so I didn't buy anything. And that was my experience at the Sailor Moon Cafe!
