If you're on a keto diet and thought that dessert wasn't an option, you're wrong. It just means getting a little bit creative. If you're looking to bring a keto-friendly dessert to the Thanksgiving feast, Mexican Chocolate Avocado Pudding is super easy to make and it's goooood.
This is sort of like Abuelita, the Mexican-style hot chocolate - but it's pudding style! This keto version only has 3 carbs per serving!
By the way, if you're not sure what keto is, it's a high-fat, adequate protein diet. It also is a low-carbohydrate diet. This combination changes the way the energy is used in the body. According to The Charlie Foundation, fat is converted in the liver into fatty acids and ketone bodies.
It's a super popular diet amongst bodybuilders, powerlifters, and weightlifters. It helps with shedding fat. It has a lot of characteristics of the paleo, caveman, and Atkins diet.
