We should pat our for going to the gym while on the rag, but sometimes the rigorous workout is followed by regret.

Some of us just can't help but be tormented by the period-thoughts during a gym sesh.

I try to take medicine early in the day cause I workout at night, but in the event if I forget I just try and tough it out. LES STRUGGLES DX
