Sorry for my absence on Korean food but I've been adjusting myself on another criteria in food (desserts) :D let's get started!! ^^
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. green onion
1. Mix beaten eggs with water and run through colander (running eggs through colander makes a silkier gyeranjjim).
2. Add salt
3. Pre-heat small pot (porcelain or stone is recommended). Pour egg mixture while stirring and cook on low heat for 7 minutes.
4. When the center puffs up, remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
If using a microwave, use a container with a lid and heat for 5-7 minutes!
