Jessica Jones

*SPOILERS* THIS WHOLE POST WILL SPOIL I'm very happy for what they did. I thought they followed the comics well to an extent. Except for the part where Kilgrave gets killed but it was good.
(The first picture(s) above is their first encounter) I'm glad that they didn't show what Kilgrave does to Jessica in the comics. This is definitely a dark show. Not dark like Daredevil but physiology dark. It talks about sexual assault and abuse. There's a ton of drinking. This is still definitely not a show for kids. It was fun to hear the MCU references they made. I'm still hoping that this show will tie in with Daredevil some more.
Overall I'm happy with David Tennant's performance. He did an amazing job as Kilgrave and I hope they find some way to bring him back to life. Kilgrave is such an important character who has been around longer than Jessica (Jewel) has. If you want to talk about the show, comment on this. If you would like to read her comics it is Alias and some issues of The Pulse. I'm also super excited for the Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Defenders show(s)!! The man playing Luke Cage is awesome.
I know it may be a long shot but I think the big bad for season 2 could possibly be Will Simpson AKA Nuke. We already saw him start to become bad and he attacked Jessica and Trish. He also has the Red, White, and Blue pills just like in the comics.
Now Trish. She is supposed to be Hellcat but will they ever show that? Trish did learn how to fight and there has been mentions about her having red hair when she was younger. It would be awesome if she was Hellcat in the next season.
@shannonl5 I'm glad about how realistic this show is
@shannonl5 The actor who plays Luke Cage is hot and he is such a perfect match. I'm so glad that he was able to pull off Sweet Christmas. David Tennant is perfect in every role he is given.
I LOVED IT SO MUCH I agree re: them not showing what he did to her. I think it was a really good writing choice. The director talked about how a lot of shows have been using sexual assault as kind of a cheap plot device but they never really approach what it really does to people. And this show did such a great job with it Tennant was BRILLIANT. Amazing job. Totally made me hate him haha I'd love to see Hellcat too! Originally they were going to have Carol Danvers (like in the comics) but I really like this choice. It might depend on how well the new comics do. Since Kate Leth is working on them my fingers are crossed haha. Def wanna see Nuke in the next season as well. ALSO LUKE CAGE AAAAA. HE'S PERFECT AND I LOVE HIM

YouTuber Films Suicide Victim, Doesn't Get Why His Jokes Arent Funny
[tw: mentions suicide] This is Logan Paul, YouTuber and brother of Jake Paul and equally influential YouTuber. He has over 15 million subscribers and makes videos about pranks, extreme sports, and basically living off of all the money he makes. Most of his fans are under the age of 17. He has been posting a video every single day for over a year and plenty have been controversial (one of his most successful videos is when he reacts to seeing color for the first time, but then he later admitted that he lied about being color blind) This week though, even his fans have said he has gone too far. He is currently in Japan and making videos about his trip, but he and his friends headed to Aokigahara, also known as Japan's suicide forest. It's the most popular place to tortured people to end their lives. It is known for its beauty so people do go there just to see the nature, but they went into the restricted section. They go on a visit to the forest intending to focus on the "haunted" aspect of it, he says in the video. After walking a short distance into the forest, the group come across a body. The group is filmed approaching the body, which is shown in several close-ups where only the face is blurred out. A member of the group is heard off camera saying he "doesn't feel good". Paul then asks him: "What, you never stand next to a dead guy?" He then laughs. He then took the time to pose with the man (who is revealed to have just died a few hours before due to the color of his body) in order to get the perfect thumbnail and then posted it on his channel. This is literally what the thumbnail image was: It got over 6 million views. Later in the video they joked that YouTube wouldn't put ads on a video with a dead guy so they might as well take sake shots too (YT has a new strict algorithm about what kind of content can make money and obviously suicide isnt one of them) After the video got a ton of criticism, he took the video down and issued this half ass apology: He later posted a video apology but come on. This is just disgusting. I am so sorry to the family of that victim and to anyone who has been affected by suicide. There is NO excuse for what he did. If it was a live stream and an accident I could understand if he was overwhelmed, forgot to turn the camera off, etc. But this was filmed, edited, and uploaded. He zoomed in and took from different angles. He posed for pictures with the body. He is trash. If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, please visit for a way out of depression.
Makeup Artist Draws Kim Kardashian On Her Chin
If you think Michael Jordan crying meme is hilarious, the Kim Kardashian one is twice as funny. As much as we love Kim K, she will never get out of this one -- ever. Let's be honest, her cry was monumental and quite hideous -- then again, who really has a lovely looking smile anyway? While Michael Jordan has been getting the most shine lately for his crying meme, it didn't take long before someone came along and put the infamous Kim Kardashian meme on the map. You've seen it on blogs, you've seen it on cellphones, and you've even seen it on shirts, but have you ever seen it on someone's chin? If not, today happens to be your lucky day. A talented makeup artist decided it would be cool if she drew cry baby Kim on her chin and believe it or not, it actually came out looking rather amazing. You cannot tell me that makeup is not a form of art. Laura Jenkinson is a makeup artist known for recreating images on her chin using her ever so amazing makeup skills and if you thought this was pretty awesome, just wait until you see her Donald Trump drawing -- yikes. In the meantime, keep scrolling and check out the images below. How epic is this? Looks just like Kim. Seriously. Of course, you can't have Kim without Kylie and her new lips. Amazing! Looks just like Jay-Z. Big lips and all. He has that same sinister look he always has on his face. Donald Gump. Ooops, I mean't Trump. Hey Everyone, look it's Finn from Adventure Time! And of course, I had to save the best for last and for @alywoah. Tacos! How amazingly odd are these works of art?
