Amazon delivery just got a little crazier. Yeah, that's right, using drones to send you packages in the air.

Releasing this video just in time for the holidays was a prefect marketing plot. Who wouldn't want to buy from a company that has such innovate techniques?
Though it is just a fun video imagining the future, it could definitely be a possibility for Amazon:
"We are testing many different vehicle designs and delivery mechanisms to discover how best to deliver packages in a variety of environments. We have more than a dozen prototypes that we've developed in our research and development labs. The look and characteristics of the vehicles will evolve over time."
The program is called "Amazon Prime Air" and they suggestion it would only take 30 minutes to deliver.
Some have argued this might cause issues in privacy, and issues with air traffic. But many would still do it for the stuff.

What do you think? Crazy marketing scheme that we won't see for a while or actual cool idea?

@kabutar571 @nicolejb I heard one of their struggles was hawks- apparently the birds look at these, think they're a threat to their territory and fight them. Of course the drones lose XD
@shannonl5 lol it is going to be very funny,,, suddenly.. drone down, drone down.... operator: sorry sir we cannot deliver your order, the drone was taken down by a bird,,,
@kabutar571 image the guy whose job it is to recover the drones XD
@shannonl5 if anything will remain after birds, ... "..where is the body.."
@kabutar571 there's just going to be a forest filled with the corpses of dead drones XD
