Tyra Banks Confirms Role In Disney's Life-Size Sequel

'Eve's great, no matter where she goes."

From the look of it, Eve is coming to a Disney Channel near you. How great is that? Growing up, some looked up to Tyra Banks while others looked up to Eve. I was a huge fan of Eve and the Disney original movie, Life Size. Not only was the message behind the movie amazing, but let's not forget Eve's amazing sense of style. Well I mean, she was a Barbie after all. Tyra Banks expressed her excitement for the sequel while chatting with Variety Mag saying, “There is no one else that can play Eve but me, thank you very much! I’m just joking with you, but yes, I am going to be Eve.” If you've never seen the original Life Size, you're truly missing out.
According to Variety, "The original made-for-TV movie “Life-Size” centered around a Barbie-like doll, Eve (played by Banks), who comes to life when a young grieving girl (Lohan) accidentally casts a spell, in an effort to resurrect her late mother. The fantasy comedy came as an 11-year-old Lohan broke into superstardom, following “The Parent Trap” and before pop culture phenomenons “Freaky Friday” and “Mean Girls.”" There is no word of Lohan being in the sequel, but only time will tell. I mean, as long as we have the original Eve than all is well in my opinion. It looks like the sequel will be released late next year, but no need to fret -- ass we all know time flies. Literally. So, in the meantime check out the original and bask in Eve's amazing fashion and quirky ways.
Eve fans near and far.

It's been a long time, but I remember this movie. It was such a good movie
I agree! I only question how it will work out without Lohan portraying her role, but we shall see. I'm excited! @AmbieB
@shannonl5 Yeah. Shows like those need a comeback or sequel. X3 I hope it does, too. :)
@AmbieB I LOVE the new Boy Meets World. It's definitely possible to reboot stuff like this. I hope it comes out great :D
I adored the movie when I first saw it. I'm just curious as to how the sequel will come out. They did a good job bringing back the Boy Meets World crew in my opinion, so hopefully this turns out well, too, and with another good message. ^^

Makeup Artist Draws Kim Kardashian On Her Chin
If you think Michael Jordan crying meme is hilarious, the Kim Kardashian one is twice as funny. As much as we love Kim K, she will never get out of this one -- ever. Let's be honest, her cry was monumental and quite hideous -- then again, who really has a lovely looking smile anyway? While Michael Jordan has been getting the most shine lately for his crying meme, it didn't take long before someone came along and put the infamous Kim Kardashian meme on the map. You've seen it on blogs, you've seen it on cellphones, and you've even seen it on shirts, but have you ever seen it on someone's chin? If not, today happens to be your lucky day. A talented makeup artist decided it would be cool if she drew cry baby Kim on her chin and believe it or not, it actually came out looking rather amazing. You cannot tell me that makeup is not a form of art. Laura Jenkinson is a makeup artist known for recreating images on her chin using her ever so amazing makeup skills and if you thought this was pretty awesome, just wait until you see her Donald Trump drawing -- yikes. In the meantime, keep scrolling and check out the images below. How epic is this? Looks just like Kim. Seriously. Of course, you can't have Kim without Kylie and her new lips. Amazing! Looks just like Jay-Z. Big lips and all. He has that same sinister look he always has on his face. Donald Gump. Ooops, I mean't Trump. Hey Everyone, look it's Finn from Adventure Time! And of course, I had to save the best for last and for @alywoah. Tacos! How amazingly odd are these works of art? Which one is your favorite? @alywoah @danidee @humairaa @cindystran @sophiamor @buddyesd @marshalledgar @YourConscience @shannonl5 @TessStevens @MyAffairWith @EasternShell @Cle1 @jazziejazz @primodiva93 @stephosorio @LizArnone
Disney Princesses Singing In Their Native Languages
English is not the native tongue of Disney Princesses. Everyone has grown up with Disney Princesses because they are the most innocent form of childhood entertainment. With the fantastic movies comes even better songs which make them so appealing. Your infatuation with them carries on into adulthood and before you know it, you're sitting in your living room watching the movies singing along with your own children. Crazy right? Well, here's the thing, English is the default language, not the native one. All Disney Princesses have come from other countries other than Pocahontas who was a Native American in North America (present day USA). It brings up a really interesting change because when you watch the Disney movies in their native languages, it has an entirely new meaning because it's authentically and historically correct. Disney Americanizes our movies through using English and we forget that languages play a huge role in presenting emotions, interactions, conversations, and without a doubt, our singing. One of the biggest trends on the internet is hearing a Disney Princess sing her hit song with her own native finesse instead of a defaulted English one. Enjoy and really take notice on the differences in emphasis and fluidity of the lyrics. Because of changed language, the songs also have different lyrics to fit the melody which slightly alters the song even if it has a similar universal meaning. Disney is genius. What do you think?
