There isn't a person that I know that doesn't LOVE grilled cheese!

It's definitely an appetizer and not the meal itself. But by giving your guests just a bite or two of these comfort food classics, brings a level of euphoria that is virtually unbeatable.
Start with a good grilled cheese recipe and then build on it. Think about elevating the flavor profiles with different cheeses and breads. Herbs and extras will take this to the next level. Taste test these with your caterer to avoid a soup-from-a-can taste. That would be terrible!
