So I just came back from my workout and it's was so refreshing. It has been months since I've done any sort of activity. I knew going back in that I wasn't going to have my strength like I used to. I am currently building that up. I started my workout with a light jog/fast pace walk for about 30 minutes.
I am going to write up a plan for this upcoming week. Today's workout was pretty random -- mostly because I just wanted to do everythingggg.
I did squats at 45 pounds for 10 reps, for five sets. Then I did some deadlifts at 65lbs.
I moved into bench press and just benched the 45-pound bar for 15 reps. I did about 6 sets of those. After that I worked triceps, biceps, and shoulders. See, it was random.
Anyway that workout felt SO GOOD. I am so glad I am back at it! And although I lifted very light today, I am confident I will regain my strength fairly quickly. By the way, I am already sore!
